Quietly professional personnel, while still smiling and being friendly. You get the feeling that they are comfortable and confident in what they are doing, from the doctor to the hygienist to the administrative assistant. No problem for me to come back to this office.
Go to the dentist and come away laughing. There's a respectful joy there that is infectious. As well as the professionalism and specific detailed explanation of procedures that I experienced during my last two visits dealing with a suddenly painful tooth. Eye contact made me feel the personal touch.

My husband and I started going to Midwest Dental in Chatfield mostly to stay in network with my dental insurance(we travel from Decorah IA, about an hour drive) but over the past 2 years have been treated like we have been long term patients and are very happy with the service. We just got to meet Dr Jodie during our last check-ups, about 2 weeks ago. She is wonderful. Dental Hygienists are so friendly. We look forward to our next visit there and would recommend to anyone.
